Tis the Season...

Good morning!

I tried to post this yesterday but our computer was not working! Sorry....

I do not have long to post so this will be short:)

This morning while doing chores I was humming Christmas songs. As I went along, I began to think about those beautiful Christmas hymns that we sing all the time but rarely stop to reflect on their simple yet beautiful words. I do not know about you, but I am always singing :) and I will sing through an entire song and never think twice about the message within it. One of those priceless treasures is "Away in the Manger". Like myself I am sure you have heard it many times but I still would like to share it's lovely words with you...

Away in a manger,no crib for His bed,The little Lord Jesus lay down his sweet head. The stars in the sky looked down where He lay The little Lord Jesus, asleep on the hay.

The cattle are lowing, the poor Baby wakes, But little Lord Jesus, no crying He makes;I love Thee, Lord Jesus,look down from the sky And stay by my cradle till morning is nigh.
