Thank you all for your delightful comments! As always you are a blessing to hear from.
This post is likely to be a long one, for I have so much to share!
For starters, for those of you that read my cousin Abigail's blog, you know that my grandmother
has had a surgery on her hand. Unfortunately, the surgery did more harm than good and she is now in the hospital with a staph infection and horrible pain. There is a lot of stress right now, so please be in prayer for my grandmother and our families as we seek the Lord's direction.
Last year when my brother was in the hospital after the car wreck, a family loaned their 12 passenger van to my parents until they could get a van. They put a CD in the player so that when my Momma started the van to drive it home it would automatically play. The song was "Some body's Praying Me Through". My Momma is not a person that cries easily but as that song played it sure made her cry! I added that song to my play list as an encouragement for my Momma and her sisters as they are going through this difficult time. If any of you reading this are going through a hard time I encourage you to turn your volume up and listen to the words. That song provides me with a sense of calmness every time I listen to it! Thank you S. family for sharing it with us. You guys are awesome.
~Grandma~Also, please pray for my sweet grandpa. Though you would never know it, he is 18 years older than my grandmother:) He is in awesome shape for his age, but it is more difficult for him to drive now. With family living anywhere from a little over an hour to three hours away it can be a challenge. He has done a great job of taking care of my grandma, but is needing some help now.

Hannah and her family had us over for lunch after church two Sundays ago. We had a delicious meal together of homemade soups and breads. Afterward all of us kids got together and did a nativity play. I am not sure exactly how it happened, but somewhere along the line ...I was nominated to be Joseph:) Call me prideful if you want, but I shall NOT post any "Joseph" pictures:)!!LOL! Female "Shepherds and Josephs" are what happens when you have a huge shortage of male actors!!:)Hannah playing Mary
This picture was taken "back stage" You never know when momma and her camera are lurking:)
Sweet little James!

I hope this post finds you all in good health and joyful spirits!
Much Love & Many Blessings

You should post what Jarod was doing to have us all laughing so hard when that picture was taken. To help you conquerer your admitted pride, I'll post some of those pics for you. ;-)
Just kidding, you don't have to kill me tomorrow.
You know, I don't think that I made a great Mary as much as you don't think you made a great Joseph :*)... I think out of all of us, Mr. Jarod was the best actor, especially with his accents!
I counted and there was actually eight guys to seven girls who played. Only problem was that four of guys were little ones :*)
That is a very good song. The words are great!
