plum jelly and drying herbs

Recently, Clayton brought us some wild plums that he had picked. I had never tried plum jelly before, so it was a delightful treat!

A very filthy kitchen!

I started canning late Thursday evening when I got home from teaching piano. Our dishwasher has been broken, so I had to wash everything by hand. By the time I got the kitchen back in working order it was after 1:00 am:) Oh, but it was worth it!!!!!

I recently harvested some of my herbs and dried them! I love the smell of fresh herbs!

Hope you are having a delightful Monday!

Hi McKenzie!

I hope you had a wonderful birthday! :)

The plum jelly looks fabulous! Yummmm! :) That was so *sweet* of Clayton! Lol. :D

1:00 AM? Oy! I feel your pain... a year ago our dishwasher died and we were without one for FOUR months. It was terrible. :D

Miss you! We need to have another phone chat sometime. :D

Hugs,
Julia
