Things I Love About Christmas

In no particular order, here are some things I love about Christmas!

Decorating the house, sparkly candles, the smell of cookies baking, going to bed with the candles in our windows, going to town to look at Christmas lights, nativity scenes, our beautifully decorated church, Christmas church services, Christmas shopping with mama (and going to eat at the Mexican restaurant afterwards!), the smell of Christmas trees (even though we have resorted to an artificial one the last few years!), family Bible time doing Advent, playing Christmas music, the break from school, dreaming of snow :>), watching the littles hover over the presents under the tree, having everyone together at grandma's and pa's house, doing plays with all the cousins (which is a tradition we have been doing for years!), giving homemade gifts, our annual church Christmas party, and spending time with friends.
