We have been on vacation and today we are going home. I have immensely enjoyed the time away, doing things out of the ordinary and breaking routine. I have however missed Pecan Pastures and all of our animals.:) I am a country girl through and through and I guess always will be.
We have been on the road for over an hour now and we are stopped at a restaurant getting some fries. Can you guess which restaurant???:)

I went to the beach for the very first time in March. It was a great vacation to get away from the house and go out of routine. We also had the beach to ourselves, but it was really cold. I hope to go the beach again, soon. I hope you took more pictures and that you'll share them with us!

The one time our family went to the beach was also in September...definitely the time to go for a private beach and great temperatures!!
Btw, that picture is amazing! Love the colors, and the fun pose, and the reflection in the sand...just great!
