Today we celebrated Malachi's fifth birthday. He is such a sweet little fellow and is such a joyful presence in our home!
This evening we were swinging on the front porch, and I told him that he needed to go take his bath and then we would open his gifts. He grinned really big, slapped my back and said,"Alright Kenz! You are my best kid!" I think he meant that I was his favorite sibling:)
I was thirteen when Malachi was born, so he never really seemed like a sibling... He was my toy!:) When he was about two he went through a phase where he called me "Ma Kenz." :)
