late night ramblings

Hey!
It's late and I should be sleeping, but I wanted to "pop-in" to say, "Hi". :) :) Someone told me today that they hoped I started blogging again once I was married. Quite frankly, so do I. :/ :P

This evening I went to a friend's wedding with my mom. It is so funny how differently you look at everything when you are in the middle of planning your own! I guess I have more of an appreciation for all the "little" details.
The ceremony and reception were outside and the weather couldn't have been more perfect! There were storm clouds looming off in the distance, but I firmly believe that the Lord held them back!
The ceremony was very meaningful and it was encouraging to see two young people on fire for the Lord as they begin their marriage.

This month's highlight was traveling to see my man graduate from college! He has worked so hard and it was so exciting to be there to watch as he crossed the stage to receive his diploma. Hope to post some of the pictures from his graduation tomorrow!

Wedding # 2!

Yep, wedding number two has happened! This has been the year for weddings and it has been such a  blast.
My sweet friend, Ann was a beautiful bride and I was so blessed to be her maid-of-honor!
The wedding was camo/hunting themed!

. My mom took some pictures of us after the wedding and we had the hardest time not laughing....... Out of like 20+ pictures this was one of the only ones where we are both actually looking at the camera. ;)

The month of June began with a friends wedding! It was  such an exciting day but I have to say that it was a little surreal to see your childhood pal walking down the aisle in a wedding gown. She was a beautiful bride and I was so honored to be a part of her special day.

It was very hot...It was a miracle that my make-up was still on :)

I was extremely blessed to get to stay with this dear friend and her family the weekend of the wedding!

My parents celebrated their 23rd anniversary on June 23! :)

Later in the month my aunt and her two children came down for a visit. We had so much fun and made lots of sweet memories!
