I actually have never seen that version, but I think I would prefer the older version over the newer one, even though I haven't seen the newer one. Although all the pictures look very nice!! :-D

Thanks for commenting. I had not seen any of the movies, only read the book. A friend from church loaned the new one to me and I watched it this week. I loved it and now want to see the older one!

I really like the pictures Mckenzie! Who stars in that one? I really like the one BBC produced with Elizabeth Garvie. That was really good. Have you ever seen the one with Greer Garson? That's good too. I love "Pride and Prejudice"!

You'll like the older one once you see it. I like both versions but watching the older one is like watching the book! Hard to describe.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pride and Prejudice!!!!!! I have both the old and the new version!!!! The old version is 6 hours long compared to the new one that is only like 2!! If you would like to borrow the older one from me you are more than welcome to it! They are both Awesome movies!!!!
