A Reenactment...

This past Saturday my family loaded up and drove to an annual reenactment. It was a lot of fun looking at antiques, buying little items like homemade soap balls;), hearing music, taking pictures, and visiting with friends whom we had not seen in a long time!

The crowd...

Watching the battle.

It got a little loud for some of us!

Myles kicked back and enjoyed the day. The weather was gorgeous!

Hope you all are having a wonderful week. The weather is absolutely perfect in our little neck of the woods!

it's the Franklins! :) They actually came over to our house right after they left Andersonville.

I was just going to comment about your first picture... Then I noticed Livy had commented about them. We know the Franklins! I think our family and the Morris family were the ones to get the Franklins into reenacting! Fun memories!!!

LOVED the pictures! Especially the one of the window with the curtains drawn back, and the one of Myles kicked back. What a young'un...no cares in this world! Look like you all had fun.

Love you.

Oh I love reenactments! I have volunteered at a historic park in my state a few times and I have so much fun wearing hoop skirts!
